After much work we nailed down the Royal Arch degree for Multnomah Chapter this morning.
Date will be Saturday, June 17th at the Scottish Rite Center in Salem. Candidates will be on deck a 1 pm to start. I know this is Father’s Day Week-end. Each time we got close to a date or location we had a conflict. Please put this on your calendar and let us know if you can make it. Other Chapters will be holding the other three degree as we move closer to this date. If you cannot make it we have time with the other chapters to get you ready for the Council Degrees.
I talked with David Fuller, John Ridenour, Myles McMillan, WM’s of many Lodges in this area trying to find a place for the two Council degrees. David Fuller suggested we push the date to July. That was agreeable to most of us. The plan at this moment is to hold the two Council degrees in Salem on the 8th of July. Our hope is that every Council will have enough time to complete the Chapter Degrees and we can hold an all-day event starting at 8 or 9, do lunch, and end in the late afternoon in Salem. John will socialize this to the Colleges this week-end.
